The most common after-shocks of divorce are sadness, depression, anger, and a loss of self. And Divorce Recovery is something that many of us need but do not receive after such a traumatic and life-changing experience.
My intensive training in trauma and grief recovery as well as my clinical experience over the last 9 years helping individuals, couples and families deal with difficult life situations has prepared me well for the sort of emotions impacting you now. I can help you understand your emotions, emerge from the grief, get control over your anger and depression, and rediscover your identity as a well adjusted person ready to begin a new chapter in life.
If you are struggling with life after divorce, please contact me. I will help you get through it.
