At the age of 16 Karin attended the Vidal Sassoon Advanced Haircutting Academy, and returned to win her first local haircutting competition.
This was the initial start and opportunity for Karin's coaching and teaching others in everyway, to execute, not only advanced cutting techniques but the methodologies used to excute a successful business and to share what she had very quickly learned at such a young age.
At the age of 19, Karin opened up her first "successful hair salon" and with no formal business training, Karin Hiebert figured out the "formula" to success.
Karin immedietly became a leader in the hairstyling and in the "coaching industry."
After learning "how to coach others to their own success," her teachings had then brought her to the interest in learning even more about "the self improvement industry."
Karin became a Dale Carnegie Graduate Assistant after successfully completing the course with the highest level of achievement award.
The life principles which she has learned over the years from the many training programs, which Karin has participated in, and the application and success rate with these, Karin decided it was time to gather up all of her knowledge, therapies and experiences and create her own "Success Skills" training program.
Only by taking inspired action, could something this great become a reality.
The training course is appropietly named Inspiraction® Training and is available both as an online training program, as well as an off line training program.
The basis of the training is that "We are all at different points in our lives, with different wants, or goals in our lives, both personally and professionally"
These programs offer something that no one else is offering, and that is "an individualized training program" which is tailored and structured to meet the needs of the individual.
The analogy which Karin uses is "no two people have the same hair, texture or face shape" "therefore everyone's hair is to be treated differently, maintaining suitability in all areas".
Training in success skills must be viewed, and executed in the same manner, in order to have optimum results!

WE all believe in something...
- The recent blockbuster release and book by the same name "The Secret" has opened up minds to the fact that there are universal laws, which never err, such as "the law of gravity, the law of cause and effect, the law of rythmn, and of course "The Law Of Attraction"
- This brought about more thinking and many watched "What the Bleep Do We Know?" to learn or hear more about what the science and quantum theory had to say about all of this. The concept of us being, simply energy, atoms and thought entering into the universe, with the "observer" theory.We can't have a universe without mind entering into it.
- Then there occurred to be the spirituality question, which obviously entered into this picture. Is there a God? A higher power? Divine intervention? What and who created this universe?
- Who is right? What is going on? Did someone actully have a "Conversation With God?"? Did someone uncover the hidden "Secret?"
Is Science quantum energy, and atoms what makes up this universe?
I quite frankly, believe in all of the above. I believe we create our own reality. I believe that there is a higher power, and I believe that higher power is US! I also believe in science. Was it not science that proved the world was not flat?
It doesn't really matter if you believe in any of these, or if you believe in one, or all...what matters is this; We are here! Pinch yourself, its true!
We can make choices about our lives, our beliefs, and our present thoughts, feelings and actions.
We were given a life. We were meant to feel a range of emotions. We are given an opportunity to chose how "we" want to think, feel, and do.
We get to chose it all.
No excuses (don't even think about giving ME all the reasons and excuses for why your life "sucks!) I won't have it!

You have everything in place, did your "keyword" search, tagging, SEO, and all that jazz...
The site is now up, or, has been up for a while...
Your getting traffic, maybe a little, maybe a whole lot...
your pretty pleased because you are ranked high on search engines and
you are generating a flow of people to all of your links, sites, and
what not...
(or another case may be, you have experienced traffic in the past, but
is is dying out as other sites are using Web 2.0 strategies)
AND YOU REALLY HAVE NO CLUE ABOUT THAT EITHER...the web 2.0 stuff
It's o.k., you are not alone...in fact, today is your lucky day.

I am writing this because I realize how important this is to you, or any company, product, or program you are involved with...

a fortune on it, and its design is just "way out of this world!"
you may be using all of the "Web 2.0 Training you heard of, or learned"
you are "applying" the "secret formula" writing blogs and shmogs...
and still NADDA, LITTLE OR NO CONVERSION, not helping a soul out there, not really connecting with people...
once again, I would say...It really doesn't matter!
None of it matters... your carefully scripted autoresponder, or
anything you did as you sat and put so much time and effort into
writing...or doing...and not converting, I might ask myself WHY...WHY
NOT...
I MEAN REALLY, come on, get real...things have changed, and continue to...
if your not keeping up, and researching, and learning...then you simply are not earning!
Or earning as much as you could be, if someone would just tell you how!???
What to do now? hmmmmm
things that worked in the past, arent working today...
and if you do not learn this stuff... "learn how to earn, and keep on earning...then you just won't!"
This is a defining year on the internet, in the world of online network
marketing...this is the year that will reveal who, or what businesses
will make it to the end of 08'... and who will stay online, enjoying
continued success...
