My business is called Healthy Habits Coach, and I work one-on-one with people who want to develop a healthy lifestyle. I find that most people really do know what to eat, but find it challenging to actually do. I help my clients find the habits that are satisfying, sustainable and will keep them healthy and feeling great.
I work from a mind-body-spirit approach, interweaving practical strategies with awareness tools. I specialize in emotional or stress eating and can help you find more satisfying ways to nourish yourself.
I think Michael Pollan nailed it when he said "Eat food, not too much, mostly plants."
