I think its really important to set goals and have almost daily actions to achieve them. Goals are needed for all areas of your life whether it is career, finances, relationships, wanting to go on holidays. Have a simple list of goals on a small piece of paper and refer to them 3 times a week.
I am 37 family man that is ambitious to achieve many of my goals in career, finance, family etc. Family is number 1 for me
