Lars Gimstedt graduated from The Psychosynthesis Academy in Stockholm, Sweden, 1992, and has worked as a psychosynthesis therapist, psychosynthesis supervisor, coach and mentor since then. His company, PsykosyntesForum, also offers many different tools for self-growth and personal development in a comprehensive webshop. All products are downloadable.

Lars is married, has four children, ages 8, 10, 26 and 29. He lives with his family in Linkoping, Sweden. Lars' original professional training is as a quantum physisist, and he worked for 30 years in the aerospace industry in Sweden and in the US as a control systems specialist. During the last 10 years of engineering, he worked as a manager, in parallel with working part-time as a psychosynthesis therapist. He has worked full-time in his practice since 2003.
