Main Areas: Certified culinary professional, motivational speaker on how and why it’s beneficial, on a multitude of levels, for even the busiest people to use thoughtful home cooking as an at home, always ready vehicle to enrich their lives for themselves and for those that mean the most. Lauren’s goal is to help both stay at home moms and highly driven professionals to enjoy their homes to the fullest, by making them more conducive to honest communication, more filled with the sounds and scents of safety, more intentionally nurturing and, ultimately, more restorative.
