 From birth, weeach come fully equipped with the knowledge we need to experience a satisfyinglife full of joy, freedom, and ease, the problem is that we forget how toaccess this information. We learn to ignore our inner guidance system. Weforget how to know what we do want and instead spend our time focusing on whatwe do not want. We tune out our intuition and our feelings. We become overlyidentified with the Doer and forget how to simply allow what we desire to cometo us. We work way to hard for our money, our joy, and our freedom!

It does not have to be that way. The Universe is conspiringto give us everything that we desire, we ask and it is given. The thing tounderstand here is that the asking is done through the energy that you areembodying. Everything is made up of energy. Energy is the way we interface withthe Universe. The energy that you are holding, your feelings, and thoughtscreate your reality. At every given moment, what is showing up in your life is areflection of the energy that you are embodying. You say you want to be rich,yet you cannot seem to make ends meet. Your experience of ‘not being able tomake ends meet’ indicates that somewhere in your sub conscious you are holdingthoughts/ beliefs that resonate with not being able to make ends meet. Once youare able to identify those places and clear them up, you are able to move intoenergetic alignment with being rich, and your experience changes. Suddenly youfind yourself noticing all the places that you are rich, and more keeps showingup!

This may all sound simple, actually, it is simple, butsometimes it can be very challenging to identify these conflicting intentionsthat prevent us from experiencing our desires. Much of the time we are standingto close to them to see, we need an outside perspective to illuminate thingsfrom a different angle. This is where having a life coach comes in!
