In addition to walking the spiritual path, Leslee has traveled other diverse roads. When younger, she taught herself drumming and played and taught professionally for many years. After touring the world playing with all-original bands and logging 3000+ hours of studio time recording albums and commercials, she left the music industry to accept a full scholarship at Roosevelt University. There she graduated with honors and an English degree. She accepted assignments as a freelance writer and editor, crafting articles for technical journals and feminist publications. At the same time she taught herself all aspects of computer engineering (programming, repair, automation, and troubleshooting), which she did in a senior capacity for 21 years for large corporations. She quit engineering to pursue her dream of healing and empowering others full time.
