Lon Kieffer is a life-strategist and expert on Workplace Culture Change and Generational Conflicts. Lon is a Motivational Speaker, "EnterTrainer", Author and Consultant of Common Sense utilizing his talents for communication and observation honed as a former professional Stand-up Comedian with his clinical/managerial expertise as an Executive with 20+ years experience in the trenches and boardrooms of the U.S. HealthCare Industry. Lon grew up as the middle-child of a Brilliant yet Manic-Depressive father in a household of two sisters and his financially strapped, saintly single-mother. After embarking on a non-traditional career choice as a “Male-Nurse” (University of Maryland School of Nursing, 1984); becoming a touring Stand-up Comedian (1984 – 1987) and Cancer Survivor (1988); an MBA (University of Baltimore, 1991) and finally, a divorce and ten-plus years as a Single-Father of two children-- Lon recognized his unique perspectives on life and non-traditional views on management/leadership.

In 2004 Lon gave birth to his “AWESOME Life Management” style and “Get Out of Bed and Go to Work!” Keynote to launch a Speaking, Consulting and Coaching career.
