A major portion of her work is in guiding those who are ready to reach their full potential and find their true soul purpose in life.

As we are living in times of great change, many are in turmoil as we go through the process of evolving into higher frequency beings. This evolutionary step for humanity is not accomplished easily, but people can learn to help themselves tremendously if they are not in close proximity to a teacher, by remembering the words of a great Master who said: "The kingdom of heaven is within you."

One aspect of Lyn's teachings is to help people attune to the heaven within via the process of communion with the Higher Self and the activation of certain force centres.

The curriculum of the private teachings of the College is designed to assist the beginner to open, clear and develop gradually through the various levels of the meditative path. The meditation is experienced not only physically, but emotionally and mentally as the spiritual awakening occurs. LEVEL ONE: The opening and activation of certain energy centres

Groups of sensory motor nerves arise from special centres situated in the spinal cord in the spinal column. They pervade the entire body to stimulate it with the vital life force and connect with seven of the many centres of vital energy called force centres or chakras. Level One is a preparatory phase involving energy levels that exist close to the physical body and interact with it via the avenue of the force centres. Energies flowing from the Higher Self through these centres diversify into the four expressions of human life, namely, physical, emotional, mental and spiritual.

LEVEL TWO: The language of symbols

This is also a preparatory phase, but is now extended into the deeper levels of meditation where the student learns to see with the subtle sight or elementary clairvoyance.

LEVEL THREE: Spirit/Soul merge

The culmination of the prior work and the resultant travel through various energy realms to experience the merge with various levels of the Higher Self.

LEVELS FOUR THROUGH TO SEVEN AND BEYOND

For those dedicated ones who wish to deepen and further develop their relationship with the Cosmos, the meditation continues into realms beyond the Higher Self. These levels prepare the student to receive information pertaining to their soul purpose and initiate communication with other levels, both inside and outside the solar system.
