Ms. Williams began her career as a consultant in Information Technology. She started her first company, ElexeOne Inc, a very successful Information Technology Consulting business, in 1996. Elexe One provided systems design, analysis, project management and other IT consulting services to Fortune 500 companies in California. Lyn left IT in early 2004 after starting her own real estate investing companies, Karen Anthony Homes Inc., and Karlyn & Associates, LLC.

Lyn began real estate investing in 2002. She studied with successful internet marketing and real estate masters Robert Allen, Mark Victor Hansen, Dave Lindahl, and Todd Dotson. She continues to study with them and others in her fields of expertise.

Lyn purchased and sold several properties in Las Vegas, NV; and in Orange, Los Angeles and Riverside counties in California. Her acquisitions include new construction, rehabbing, REOs and foreclosures, purchased using various investing strategies. She’s an experienced REO Asset Manager and Escrow Closing Coordinator.

After leaving IT in 2004, Lyn created an internet marketing company called QueenForMoreThanADay.com, an affiliate marketing website and home of her bi-weekly newsletter and internet radio show. It was the launching platform for her writing and speaking careers. The internet company was the perfect companion business for real estate investing. Following the lead of her mentors, she chose internet marketing and real estate investing to create multiple streams of income.

Like many real estate investors, Lyn's businesses were deeply affected by the real estate downturn, and the subsequent economic meltdown. Now she's rebuilding and has decided to use her experiences and knowledge to help others do the same. Her focus is women in transition, but men are also most welcome.

Lyn is a child of the Baby-Boom generation. Her experiences during this economic crisis made her realize there was a great tragedy in the making for women of her generation. Many women lost their jobs and businesses during the crisis and for most, those sources are gone forever. Using her new business as a model, she's providing guidance, training and opportunities to help other women rebuild, and create the financial security and freedom they desire.

Lyn is the author of Somebody’s Angel (self-published autobiography), and various articles and features. In early 2011, she will begin hosting het new internet radio show, '21st Century Living' on BlogTalkRadio.com. The show will include interviews with experts in various fields and will include discussions on a wide range of topics.

Lyn is a dynamic speaker and seminar facilitator. She holds a B. Msc. degree from the University of Metaphysics at Sedona, AZ; and a ministerial license with the International Metaphysical Ministry. She’s also an EFT and REIKI Practitioner, and a member of American Mensa.
