Mary Perez
is an entrepreneur, President and CEO of Perez Virtual Assistant Services a virtual
administrative assistant company, based in Las Vegas, Nevada,
whose mission is. to utilize technology to improve small businesses, Realtors
success, and to serve the community and the lives they serve.
In 1994, Ms.
Perez, structured and implemented the Welfare to Work program, Minnesota Family
Investment Program (MFIP) from the old TANF Welfare program. This program was
created to break the cycle of poverty and assist the family to succeed getting
off Public Assistance and to become self-sufficient. The barriers of education,
lack of employment history, language barriers, training, job search, child
care, abuse and transportation issues were addressed and resolved. This lead to
the success of the program that to date is still in effect. Ms. Perez worked
with Minnesota Legislatures and City officials among other community agencies
to implement Non- Profit agencies having the right to sub-contact from the counties
and assist in the reform program.
From 1986
to 1993 Ms. Perez was actively involved with Casa De Esperanza, and the Robert
B. Lewis house Shelters for Battered women. Mary was known for her outreach
services, and again before the legislatures to enforce the effectiveness of the
OFP’s (Order for Protection) this
ensured the safety of Women from their abusers, Not only at their place
of residence, but to enforce the 1,000 Feet Safety issue, if violated abusers
would automatically serve a minimum of 2 years in jail, with out bail. Mr.
Perez coming from an abusive marriage, Sought to fight and protect the rights
of Women.

Perez is originally from Saint Paul;
MN however, has made Las Vegas her home. She is a mother for six children 5
daughters and 1 son. She has been l, Modern Christian music, learning, and most
importantly leading a God-fearing life and making a difference in the lives of
others
