I have practiced as a Registered Nurse for over 20 years. I am Board Certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center in two areas: Professional Development and Mental Health and Psychiatric Nursing. My certification as an Aroma-Therapist is from the Joyessence Aromatherapy Center, Inc. in Guelph, Ontario, Canada

I have personally used Aromatherapy in my life for over 7 years, and have helped hundreds of clients find the holistic benefits of using natural essential oils for therapeutic relief from mind, body and spiritual ailments. I can answer all general questions about aromatherapy, use of specific essential oils for specific illnesses and ailments, precautions for use of essential oils, blending information, etc. I began my own stress-management business over 8 years ago with aromatherapy being a center-point for many of my relaxation techniques.
