Founder and director of PPI Business NLP, an organization dedicated to unlocking people's potential.  The goal of my business is to serve as a pragmatic NLP resource for business and the community, and as a centre of excellence. I’m continually looking for the best way of doing things, whether they are new, or tried and true.
 
As a personal development tool, NLP can help individuals thrive in today's ever-changing business and social environments.  As a modelling tool, NLP can help us “benchmark” and replicate excellent performance.
 
I do not see myself as an NLP trainer, but rather as a facilitator, and at times a coach. The fact that I'm not a trainer may be my biggest strength. I help people get results because I demonstrate what I actually do, and then allow others to prove to themselves what works.
