His professional assignments include retained and contingency engagements. Clients value Michaels' responsiveness, sensitivity, attention to and understanding of corporate cultures, accurate screening, and tenacity in pursuing the best candidate. Michael has performed hundreds of searches for companies, from young professionals to C level executives and he has an extensive network of relationships that he supports.

Michael has also engaged in various human resources consultation activities including strategic planning, succession planning, organizational development and analysis, human resources research, prevailing wage analysis, and executive coaching services for individuals making career transitions. Michael has acted as an adviser to over 1500 professionals in their career development.

A passionate golfer, Michael has a BS degree in marketing and management from Siena College (NY) and is the proud father of Jeffrey. In addition Michael has a national license to coach youth soccer and has served on multiple local organizations as a board member.
