Since I can remember, I have always been interested in people, their psychology and behaviour towards situations. Being from Asian background and having lived in the UK for over a decade, has allowed me to learn and understand different people from different societies, cultures and religious beliefs.
As a teenager, I decided to follow the crowd and did some computing. I worked in customer services and helpdesk while completing my studies in IT. This experience gave me the understanding of how to communicate, understand individual’s needs and be empathetic with customers on every level.
In 2008, I decided to change my profession and train as a counsellor. I qualified as an assistant counsellor (affiliated with COSCA) in 2009 and followed that with professional training in Advance Clinical Hypnotherapy, Master NLP practitioner, CBT and Life coaching.
Some of the interesting questions that I am asked are:
· Can you read my mind?
· Will you see my darker side?
· Will I always be in hypnosis?
· Can you do what Derren Brown does?
The answers to all the above question is ‘No’. My job is to help clients. If hypnosis was the magic, then all hypnotherapists would be rich by shopping and not paying for it.
The most important thing to me is not only to provide the best service but also after care. Like some of you, I have been in situations where after care was insufficient or unprofessional. I am here to offer you help and support.
I am providing solutions for following issues:

I have always been in support jobs and enjoyed working with different companies. Many of times my friends told me "you should be a counsellor or something" but I thought support job was it. Until, I suffered from depression and was referred to a counsellor. Watching her work, I thought to myself that I could do this job and decided to train as a counsellor.
While training as a counsellor, I started to become self-aware. I remember how I struggled through self-awareness and other hidden emotions which I had not faced in years and how these new discovers about myself changed my life. But there was something missing in my life. That was until a friend mentioned about NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming).
So I went on to train as a hypnotherapist, NLP practitioner and life coach. The very first thing I learnt, was to stop labelling people and putting them into boxes. I see clients as people who have issues and the solutions to those issues are not the same cos everyone is different. I know since doing this training my life has changed dramatically and the new changes don't bother me as much cos I am happy with myself.
