Murray and Shirley Ansell are co-owners and directors of Life Energy Coaching (www.lifeenergycoaching.com), a coaching firm that develops and teaches leading-edge energy management techniques that achieve breakthroughs in personal and business performance, health, and relationships. LEC’s energy management products and services work with the human energy system to release negative emotions, disempowering beliefs, and stress in relationship to leadership, teamwork, sales, wellness, invention, and relationships. They are unique in their speed of effectiveness, and in being able to be delivered to large groups either in person or by webinar.

Prior to co-founding LEC, Murray was owner of a technology licensing firm that developed a successful new process for new product commercialization. Before moving to the US in 1990, Murray worked in New Zealand and Australia for a “Big 8” accounting firm, and in investment and commercial banking.

Shirley spent her early life in Beirut, Lebanon, before her family moved to West Africa at the onset of the Lebanese civil war and, from there, to the US in 1976. Shirley is highly intuitive, with a gift for quickly and accurately identifying her clients’ “blocking” thought patterns. She uses this gift and LEC’s techniques to help her clients understand and release the redundant thought patterns in both their business and personal energies.

Prior to co-founding LEC, Shirley had a successful career in the banking industry with Lloyds of London, Morgan Guarantee, and Bank of New Zealand, primarily in Operations and Corporate account management.
