Nancy Hearn is a Certified Nutrition and Weight Management Consultant, Fitness Advisor, Yoga instructor, and Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT-ADV) practitioner. Nancy specializes in optimum health and well being, immunity, weight management, and cancer recovery and prevention.  She offers a holistic approach to health and nutrition, recognizing that all aspects of wellness--physical, mental, emotional and spiritual--are completely integrated. Nancy’s consulting services and programs have great depth as she understands that healing always comes from within.

Nancy owns Total Wellness Health and Nutrition Center in Livingston, Montana, offering a variety of services and treatments, including health and nutrition consulting, therapeutic massage, EFT consulting, FootZonology, as well as Far-Infrared sauna and Aqua-Chi footbath treatments. She is also an advocate for the Rife frequency technology and Soft Bounce rebounding for optimum immunity and wellness.

Health education is one of Nancy's key passions. Thus, she conducts free weekly classes as well as workshops and retreats in Montana and offers group teleclasses. She has written numerous published articles for natural health magazines and is an avid student of nutrition science. She continuously researches and experiences various alternative or complementary healing modalities to find real solutions.
