Neil Ward is the Founder and Head Coach/Trainer of Top Dating Coach, a global dating advice company for men of all ages the World over.

Neil started the Top Dating Coach company in August 2008 after a string of requests to teach what he was doing that made him so successful with woman and dating.

Contrary to what most people think, Neil wasn’t always good in this area. In fact at 1 point, he was worse than terrible! At aged 19, Neil was dumped by his long term girlfriend which sent him into a downward spiral of depression which lasted over a year.

He got to a stage in his depression where he said, “that’s it, enough’s enough!” And he made the decision there and then to turn his life around and master this area in life. It was from this snap decision that Neil went on a journey like no other…

Neil set himself massive targets and goals each month, reading hundreds of books on dating, psychology, NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming), hypnosis and personal development. He attended countless seminars around the World, studied under world class Pick Up Artists and dating experts, took life coaching, hypnotherapy, hypnosis, had a personal trainer, dietician, image consultant, voice coach, posture consultant, health consultant, took acting and improvised comedy classes, public speaking classes, you name it, he did it!

His action and drive was pursued on such an enormous scale that for some, it would take half a lifetime to replicate what he achieved in just 5 years. But it wasn’t easy, he devoted a minimum of 6 hours of study and research per day, almost every day in his dream for dating mastery and success in his life.

Qualified as a Coach and NLP Practitioner with the ANLP, Neil controversially avoids the usual line of coaching and has adopted and developed his own unique methods based on his in depth journey and experience of actually ‘been there and done it’ which is what most other coaches haven’t done. This is what makes Neil’s coaching unique, the fact that he didn’t just take a coaching course and then set up as a ‘coach’ – he actually spent over 5 years day in and day out trying out his teachings and techniques, often times getting rejected up to 20 times a day by women for weeks or months at a time!

Unlike some other dating coaches, Neil is not some 6’2”, handsome, muscle bound, flash kind of guy driving around in a sports car and living in a penthouse apartment. He is 5’4” with an average build and average looks, and lives a pretty normal life spending time pursuing hobbies and socialising with friends and family. This only enforces his training further to prove that if a short average looking guy can achieve dating and social success, then anyone can do it.

Neil devoted over 5 years and thousands of hours of his time to achieving mastery in dating and social interactions. He approached and spoke face to face with over 15,000 women in London alone over the 5 year period, which doesn’t include the thousands of women with whom he communicated with over various online dating and social media sites. Nor does this include the women with whom he approached and spoke with in other Countries around the World during his research stage to test the consistency of his methods. Neil travelled to over 15 diverse Countries to research his ideas and tested the results to determine a system that could work for any guy, anywhere regardless of culture, race, religion, sexuality or size and appearance.

Now aged 27, Neil has coached close to a thousand 1-on-1 clients, across 13 Countries and 4 continents around the World. He has also helped to improve the lives of thousands of men through his dating advice email newsletter, eBooks, social media groups and public speaking events.
