I have immense passion for my family, my work, and my vision for parents and their children. Self Esteem is my FAVourite subject because I believe that Self Esteem is the key to everything.
I've also discovered Effective, Simple ways to improve Self Esteem and Self Worth, which have worked miracles, not only on myself and some of my friends and family, but on hundreds of others. I've detailed one of these methods in two free ebooks entitled "The Magic Pill" and "The Second Dose", which are available on this site.
I thought I had healthy Self Esteem - until my sister pointed out: if I had High Self Esteem, why would I be creating lack in my life? It makes perfect sense when you think about it. Every decision, choice, and action is rooted in your belief of yourself.
So, even without the belief that we attract and create what we receive in our lives (Law of Attraction) - even without that, just on a purely physical "down to earth" level, a person with High Self Esteem will make choices and decisions coloured by the fact that they know they deserve wealth, health, love etc. whereas a person who has subconscious beliefs that they are unworthy, undeserving, "not good enough" etc, will unknowingly and automatically be making decisions, choices, and taking actions with THOSE beliefs at the root.

I've found two Simple ways to improve Self Esteem and Self Worth. I've used a combination of the two, but many others have found one or the other works brilliantly for them.
1.
