Our dreams, obligations and career-oriented ‘should’ beliefs can become such a tangled matt that it becomes very difficult to identify and prioritize the work that we really want to be doing.  That is why it is important to take the time to clearly identify and remain centered in what is meaningful to us.  The coaching relationship provides clients with the time, space and support needed to ‘untangle the matt’, allowing them to identify, prioritize and manifest their most passionate work. As an actor, playwright, standup comic, company manager and adoptive parent, I have experienced life from many enriching perspectives.  My approach is both humorous and compassionate.  I have been helping individuals and groups realize their creative and vocational potential since 1990.
