Rajiv has reinvented himself as an Entrepreneur after an over two decades' experienc at top management positions. He has been the Channel Head of ZEE TV News and  Publisher & GM of Indian Express Newspapers. As a part of his social contribution objectives, Rajiv teaches in select institutes and coaches students through a uniquely designed programme in Communication Skills & Self Development.

Rajiv is currently the CEO of True Wealth Creators, www.truewealthcreators.in. True Wealth Creators is  a network of professionals from diverse fields. Its services include Talent Access, Marketing & Communication Consultancy. 

Rajiv is also a Consulting Editor to several Media organisations & Advisor to several Educational Institutes in India. During his Media stint, Rajiv led a unique initiative in Social Marketing by aligning with over 180 NGOs, Government and Opinion Leaders from different walks of life and giving them editorial and adveritsing support. The  efforts helped NGOs raise funds and in mobilising public support by way of volunteers and action groups. These campaigns benefited a large number of people. These Campaigns have been  globally recognised and awarded with over 40 Gold and Silver Medals for excellence in Public Service Advertising.These included the prestigious AME International Gold for the Girld Child Campaign.

Rajiv's contribution to Media has been covered as a Case study by Professor Ravi Shanker in his famous book on Services Marketing in India. Rajiv has been interviewed by leading Magazines like India Today, The Economic Times, leading TV Channels. He has been quoted widely in the International Media too.
