Rebecca Kimes is a spiritual life coach and energy intuitive.  I guess now is the time to tell you that I graduated with a BS from the University of Arizona and that I blah blah blah blah.

But instead I have decided to tell you that it took me 3 months to post this biography because I didn't know what to say or how to say it.   When I finally decided that it was time to get it done I looked at close to 45 different profiles to model my biography after.   I also considered having my friend who is a professional writer and editor create something for me.

And I wondered if anyone would really read it or care.  After all, there are over 3,200 experts listed in this directory and who am I to be listing myself with Brian Tracey, Tony Robbins and Marianne Williamson.

I eventually came to the conclusion that if no one is going to read this then I might as well describe my authentic self and the growth process that I went through as I used Self-Growth to advertise my healing business.  Maybe I will trigger a healing in someone else. (FYI, I know that I am supposed to be writing in the third person.)

The reason for this biography is to let people know who I am and what I can do to help them.  I think of myself as consciousness exploration guide.  I help people explore the limits and boundaries of their life.  These limits and boundaries are caused by limiting beliefs, poor self images, fear, and stuck negative emotions.  I remind them that just beyond their boundaries is a wonderful, sometimes scary world full of new and different experiences, people and consciousness expanding opportunities. 

I have an enormous tool box full of ideas, processes and activities that allow people to acknowledge and appreciate their boundaries but eventually move past them.  I could list them all but that might get a little boring.

Once people move past their boundaries, I  stay with them until they feel safe and secure in uncharted territory.  Until they reach new boundaries.  And the process continues.

By the way, I'm sitting on my bathroom floor and writing this because I had to capture the flow of ideas as I received them.  If I had gone to my computer I'd look up 32 more profiles and start telling you about my career as a sales manager.

If you're reading this you'll know that I had the courage to move past all the stuff that came up for me as I decided to be different, share with the world who I really am and wonder if I will have to take this down because I broke all the rules about the proper way to post a biography.
