Rick Belden is the author of Iron Man Family Outing: Poems about Transition into a More Conscious Manhood.
Iron Man Family Outing is a book of poetry for men, and for women who want a better understanding of men, that explores family relationships, relationships between men and women, male sexuality, sex addiction, dreams, recovery from childhood abuse, and the search for psychospiritual wholeness. Iron Man Family Outing is widely used in the United States and internationally by therapists, counselors, and men's groups as an aid in the exploration of masculine psychology and men's issues, and as a resource for men who grew up in dysfunctional, abusive, or neglectful family systems.
Rick has recently completed the manuscript for his second book, Scapegoat’s Cross: Poems about Finding and Reclaiming the Lost Man Within. He lives in Austin, TX.
