Ricky Powell is the creator of the website:

 i-choose-happiness.com. He launched the site in February of 2007, and has made the resolution for 2008, to build this particular site into one of the premiere places for people of all backgrounds, ages and education levels to increase their levels of happiness throughout their lives.

Ricky has been in the Entertainment industry his whole life. First, as a child actor, he appeared with many legends in the field from Edward G. Robinson, Bob Hope and Henry Fonda, to Brook Shields, Ron Howard and Tom Cruise.

After graduating with a degree in Radio-TV-Film, he began his career behind the camera on shows like The Golden Girls, Empty Nest and Blossom. He viewed the shows each week at NBC and was asked to join the Network in 1990 where he has been ever since. Powell supervises the prepping of every entertainment program that airs on the Network.

Realizing that entertainment is a just a small part of what adds to peoples happiness, he decided to expand his career to writing, lecturing and facilitating on the subject of happiness.

Currently, Ricky is in the process of creating a program in which participants will be able to learn about, create and profit from their own happiness.
