I studied Okinawan Karate and Ju Jitsu in 1982 - 1995. In 1995, I began studying Yang Style Tai Chi (Yang Tradition) with Michael Phillips. 1998 I moved to Sierra Vista, AZ. After a couple of years, I began studying the William CC Chen style Tai Chi with Susan Fahs. I attended both Seminars Master Chen did in Sierra Vista and also attended a week long Intensive Seminar at his studio in New York City.
In 2006 Susan moved to Tucson and I began attending seminars around the country. In 2007, I found one of my current teachers Kim W. Kanzelberger. Since 2007, I have done 3 seminars with Kim Kanzelberger and 3 seminars with his teacher Benjamin Pang Jeng Lo (Ben Lo). In 2008 I did seminars with Master Yang Jun, a seminar with Master Waysun Liao, and a Labor day retreat with Martin Inn.
In late 2008, I found Kelley Graham, a fellow student of Michael Phillips, and an instructor in his own right. Kelley introduced me to I Liq Chuan and Master Sam Chin. In 2009 I attended Kim Kanzelberger's Camp, Martin Inn's Labor day retreat, a Tai Chi Fundamentals seminar with Patricia and Michael Culotti (student of Ben Lo and William CC Chen), and also 6 weekend Seminars with Master Sam F.S.
