Roberta Budvietas styles herself as "Simplifier, Presenter and Mentor". She sees her role in the business world as a person who can help simplify processes and procedures so that others can avoid getting stuck and aid them in applying their abilities as productively as possible.

She worked hard for her initial B.B.S. degree, studying, holding down a full-time job as marketing manager, and running a household with three males. She figures that, by now, she has done enough study and research to justify a Ph.D. from H.K.U. (Hard Knocks University) specialising in B.S.E. (B.S. Elimination).

She has been a General Manager; been called in to rescue failing businesses, done the set up of successful businesses, has certificates galore in adult education, fired universities for not providing meaningful material for a Masters degree, managed teams of people, lectured on business, particularly business start-ups and running small to medium sized enterprises, mentored businesses at critical points in their development, and more.

Along with her partner, Peter and Roberta have several ebooks available through Keep It SImple then SImplify Ebook Series. They are currently writing several new ebooks.

My Business Start Up which sorts out the information for Baby Boomers who want or need to set up a business and who need some kicks to keep going.This is a membership site with a three levels of membership. There are regular webinars, posts, articles andas well as support and services to help set up businesses.

Get out of Stuck Excel is the place where Roberta shares life lessons to help readers get out of stuck, especially business owners. The blog is a reflection of the issues that come up in her life and community work.

Purposeful Performance Group has several purposes including a membership site to support Collaboration, Association Networking. The Workshops and presentations Roberta delivers are also found on this site as is a blog that deals with business growth.

Working under the umbrella of Budvietas.com Ltd we work in two markets.

Having worked with Small to medium businesses, many of them family businesses, for over 20 years, we are expereinced in planning, simplifying process, business basics, communication, marketing, advertising, financial planning and control, but mainly PASSION, PURPOSE and PERFORMANCE.

Our focus on small business has led to the creation of the Keep It Simple the Simplify ebooks . These books deal with simplifying business processes and concepts.
