There, she merged together her years of experience in high-end retail fashion with her personal desire to help people feel good about themselves. As well, she was able to put into action her unrelenting dedication to high standards of customer service and to growing the skills and abilities of employees.

When Ruth moved to the Tampa Bay area with her husband, Mark Holmgren in 2005, she immediately set to work to open her own Day Spa. Through her market research she realized that the first business she should start is a ymobile day spa. It made sense for busy women and men and she believed such an innovative spa concept had much to offer corporate customers as well.

To add to her management experience, she enrolled at Artistic Nails and Beauty Academy to gain accreditation in Advance Skin and Nail Care. In addition to gaining accreditation and researching the potential of opening her own Day Spa locally, Ruth has recruited seasoned professionals to her team to ensure her customers get the best services from qualified professionals.

In the fall of 2006, Ruth opened BeComing Mobile Day Spa, the first true mobile Spa in Tampa Bay. It didn't take Ruth long to realize that opening a sister company -- a conventional Day Spa and Salon -- made perfect sense. Many of BeComing's customers loved her services so much they asked Ruth if she had a Salon and a Day Spa they could go to. The requests for so frequent that Ruth knew what she had to do. Fortunately she came across the opportunity to take over The Place of Beauty and realize her dream once more.
