Born in Perth, Western Australia in January 1962 and suffering from much sickness as a child as a result of poor nutrition as an infant, I am extremely passionate about nutrition and the importance of building a strong nutritional foundation for health and wellbeing.
I grew up with foster parents in the Pilbara of Western Australia and in my early 20's moved to beautiful South East Queensland in 1987 to make a fresh start. Married soon after and have two beautiful children who are now young adults.
After divorcing several years ago and then being diagnosed with osteoporosis, I knew my life needed to change, both in health and personally.
I sought out personal growth programs after initially watching the movie 'the Secret' and started listening and following great motivational speakers such as Jack Canfield and Bob Proctor. As a result of studies of a Program with Bob Proctor, I became friends with one of his understudies, DP Gates.
DP introduced me to a business called Vemma, in which he, Bob and Linda Proctor and several others had become involved with. The opportunity to be in business with people of such integrity was too good to pass.
That was in 2007 and the quantum leap which changed my life - and not only in health.
