Sandra Abell, MS, LPC is a Business and Life Coach and Licensed Professional Counselor. She has been in business for over 20 years, and is the president of Inside Jobs Coaching Company.

She received her undergraduate degree from San Jose State University in California, her graduate degree from Southern Oregon State University in Ashland, Oregon, and is a graduate of Coach University in Colorado Springs, CO. She is a member of the International Coach Federation and the International Association of Coaches, and specializes in working with business owners, professionals, caregivers, entrepreneurs and people in transition.

Her passion is helping people move ahead, accomplish goals and maximize their potential in every area of their lives. Sandy is also the co-author of two books, Moving Up To Management: Leadership and Management Skills for Caregivers and Self-Esteem: An Inside Job.
