My favorite quote is from Lou Tice who was teaching what I now recognize as the Law of Attraction many years ago. "There's only one "have to" in this world. We have to die and everything else is a matter of choice".

What freedom lies in those words! We can have and do whatever we want, but with it comes responsibility and accountability. When you apply that to the area of weight loss and fitness it means; have the cake and ice-cream, slack off on your workouts, but don't complain when the pounds don't come off.
