A natural therapy practitioner and energy worker since 1999, Sarah has a successful practise based in Hertfordshire, England, having particular experience with cancer, stroke, maternity, infertility, digestive problems, autoimmune disease, allergies, stress related illnesses, back and joint pain. She has been teaching traditional Usui Japanese Reiki classes since 2003. In 2007 she introduced Reiki Drum Technique workshops into the UK, an innovative, exciting healing technique combining Reiki with Shamanic Drumming.

Sarah believes that Reiki opens up a world of love, compassion, insight and understanding and provides many opportunities for self growth and spiritual development.

Through her own health journey Sarah has experimented with naturopathic medicine, detoxification techniques, fasting, raw vegan diet, herbs, homeopathy and numerous bodywork and energy therapies. She consequently adopts a naturopathic and holistic approach, providing an open, sensitive, positive and supportive role for her clients and students, empowering them towards their own self healing and spiritual development.

Her other interests are Yoga, Tai Chi, Eastern Healing Arts and Energy Systems, Buddhist philosophy and Shamanism.
