Sheila is the founder of Dynamic Impressions, an image consulting company committed to helping men and women attain greater confidence and find joy in their lives.

Sheila began her career over twenty-five years ago with training in fashion, beauty, dressmaking.  Being drawn to personal development and psychology she continued to study and obtained a degree in teaching. Sheila puts it all together to assist men and women in finding beauty from the inside out.
