In China 60 is considered the Age of Wisdom...
Unifying and balancing the connections between body, mind and spirit or heart is the core of this wisdom. Stephen Kastner, born in 1946, was one face in that huge wave of incarnated babys that followed immediately upon the shock waves of Hiroshima and Nagasaki. All his life he has been a militant pacifist, choosing to take positive action to work for change.
Kastner is currently a multi-media design expert working with all forms of media from the traditional brush to the digital editing deck. He is an experienced writer and publisher, having worked for several years as a photo-journalist for the New York Times owned papers in Florida.
Underlying all of his diverse career experiences has been a dedication to a variety of personal lifetime sports that include cycling, running, cross-country skiing and martial arts. Beginning as a competitive cyclist in the 70s and advancing to certified ski instructors status in both Alpine and Nordic varieties, Kastner led a very successful campaign to introduce the sport of Nordic skiing to public schools and develop trail networks in state parks throughout northern Wisconsin.
In the mid-80s he began to study tai chi while living in Paris for two years. Blending the philosophies of East and West over the years Kastner applies the qi flow techniques to all sports in creating a personal system of kinetic meditation. In 2006-07 Stephen Kastner spent 6 months living and studying tai chi daily with a master teacher in Yunnan Province, China.
I am currently working with Dagny Boch to launch Quantum
Sexuality, an e-Magazine published by The World Institute of Sexual Enlightenment
exploring spiritual and Tantric sexuality, meditation, youthing, hypnotherapy,
past life regression.
