I use a seven step approach to answer the challenges resulting in times of sudden and necessary change: 1) Stay positive. 2) Look for ways to gain...honor, respect and position. 3) Never give up. 4) Remain aggressive. 5) Get what you believe is right—not what others tell you is. 6) Plan for the future, think for the future and act for the future. 7) When answers are not obvious—don’t answer … take time to think and pray. Change is difficult and requires a good plan and the confidence to adapt the plan to the circumstance. Assess, discuss, reflect, address, design, refine and implement the system that is best in the time and place that you are at.
The sure way to miss a home run is by not swinging. You need to take the first step toward your dreams today. Can you actually afford to do it? Do you actually have the energy to do it? Can you actually create a plan, a mission, a purpose, and a philosophy to lead to achievement of your dream? Take action, do it now, don't wait. If you can see those things happening and you've thought about them, gauged all of the possibilities of your dreams and you realize that it is a real possibility, do it. Don't wait! Do it now! The sure key to failure is not taking the first step.
