Born and raised in the Boston area, Idiscovered I had a knack for creating order and began organizing family andfriends as a teenager. After earning a BS degree in Textile Technology, I started out in the manufacturing side of the garment industry in Boston, moved from there into inventory management and planning, and completed APICS(American Production and Inventory Control Society) requirements for MaterialsManagement certification.

Next, I managed new product development projects for engineering groups (self-service kiosks, plotting& cutting machines, and computerized test equipment), created and managed the product manufacturing timelines, and facilitated communication between engineering, marketing, and operations.

As a Customer Support Specialist I provided application and technical customer support and on-site troubleshooting for multi-module software products. I trained coworkers and customers in the use of the software, wrote ISO 9001 Quality Management documents for customer support processes, and interfaced with management to maintain Customer Service quality standards and for ongoing improvement.

Here in California I reorganized a small, internet-based retail business in 2004. I planned and implemented the move to a larger space, designed the floor plan and office equipment layout, reorganized the files, implemented an inventory system using QuickBooks, and wrote office and inventory procedures.

After that experience I decided to start my own company and Spatial Clarity was founded. The name of my company reflects my ability to visualize and improve the physical and theoretical elements of a flow or process.

Over the years I’ve seen a number of companies flounder or fail due to disorganization and a lack of planning. With 20 years of experience, a diverse skill set, and a proven track record, I’m passionate about working with businesses to reengineer their business process and establish organizational systems that lead to success, and free up time and energy for the finer things in life.
