A couple of years ago, I started a very successful nutritional consulting business, called Balanced Health 101.  I started in the medical profession in the 70's. As an RN, I have worked in a variety of areas in nursing...with my passion being in cardiology, nutrition and weight related diseases. For the past several years, I have focused heavily on the nutritional aspects of health and medicine. I have studied indepth on how poor nutrition can affect individuals and this has caused the increase in many of the diseases that we face today...while good nutrition can literally change our lives.

I am a Holistic Practitioner with the American Holistic Health Association and a Diplomate Member of the American Association of Nutritional Consultants. In addition to holding my RN degree for decades, I also earned two separate C.N.C. certifications. I have been well trained in Holistic Health, Nutrition and Fitness along with Health Coaching for individuals and corporations.
