As a young girl, I had dreams of helping others through missionary work. In time, I found writing to be particularly enjoyable. A decade in the medical field fueled a burning passion to gain knowledge and experience in healthy living in order to impart this to others.

Several decades have since passed working as a consultant in holistic nutrition and natural health. I've been living my dreams. It is a privilege to teach others how to live healthier lives through workshops and the printed page. Having a deep love, appreciation and reverence for our Creator, I've often been called a missionary for natural health.
