Sylvia’s “real-world” experiences include 30+ years as a corporate trainer, team leader, manager, and association leader practicing the leadership, communication and motivational skills she now presents in her programs. She belongs to the Community Leadership program through Leadership Montgomery (MD); serves on several Boards of Directors, and is Past-President of two associations. Sylvia is a life member of and nationally-certified trainer for the Girl Scouts of the USA.
