Since 1992, Tedde Abbott, CHt., has been helping private and corporate clients with health, wellness and personal issues. Tedde is a retired training manager from Ameritech. After leaving corporate life she wanted to contribute in a way that would help people learn to manage their lives on a more individual basis, which led her to her hypnosis practice.
Tedde believes that we all have an amazing ability to make positive changes by harnessing the power of the mind-body connection through hypnosis. When faced with challenges, large or small, healing and success come in many ways, and hypnosis is a safe, effective therapy that can remove obstacles, and allow you to live the best life you can envision.
Whether you want to quit smoking, lose weight, manage stress, promote healing, increase self confidence, or let go of limiting beliefs, Tedde takes great pleasure in helping you find the inner resources, strength and strategies to manage emotional, physical and day to day challenges that affect us all.
Tedde is certified by the American Board of Hypnotherapy, the National Guild of Hypnotists, and has trained with the Academy for Guided Imagery. In addition to offering programs at hospitals, nursing homes, businesses, schools and other organizations, she has been interviewed on the radio and published in the Cleveland Plain Dealer.
