You know how everyone is looking to go green? Well I teach people how to go green - at home, themselves, their environment and even in their wallet.
I specialize in helping people meet their goals, and in teaching people about the hidden toxin in our every day life. Education is a key to empowering everyone to be able to take control of their everyday health and wellness.
Also at one point I learned that the home my children and I were living in was a toxic mold home, and I now teach all the Mold Secrets I have learned from that journey.
I am also a mom to two amazing young people,a granny to one; and have been teaching energy work and a healthy lifestyle for well over 20 years.
I have to admit it is difficult for me to choose the "correct" words to explain briefly who I am - after all we are many things and many layers, each one of us. I also have a hard time believing that people really care about this award or that.
Instead I think people really care more about when they realize you do care and what you can do and and will choose to do to assist them.
I will say I do what I do because I truly believe everyone deserves the opportunity to CHOOSE wellness.
And the Four Agreements are a good way for folks to choose to live and I think everyone should read the book. I will list the agreements:
