Trevor assists people improve their health by helping them to achieve the things they have never been able to do in the past like; eating healthy nutritious food, living a fit, active, and fun lifestyle; and eliminating bad habits like smoking & drinking. In short, he gets them looking good on the outside and feeling great on the inside. He does this by using a combination of health education and the promotion of health & fitness strategies within a coaching environment.

After graduating from the University of Stirling with a degree in Biochemistry Trevor spent 18 years working for the police service where he became skilled at communicating easily with people from many varied backgrounds and asking questions that get to the heart of the matter. He also developed his intuition, his ability to read between the lines, which has been of tremendous benefit to his current clients. Whilst he was in the police he was constantly bewildered at the mess people from all walks of life made of their lives. On leaving the police he was determined to help others improve their lifestyles and created Life Coaching Online.

He is passionate about self-development, physical fitness, and living a healthy lifestyle. He has recovered from a chronic illness and is keen to help others overcome their own health problems.

He is a professional Health Coach as well being a qualified Life Coach and Performance Consultant. He is also a Trainer & Master Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming and holds a Certificate in Clinical Hypnotherapy.
