Venesa "Ivana" Foster is an author, dynamic life coach, subconscious restructuring coach, corporate trainer, speaker, instructional designer and consultant with over 18 solid years of relationship-building and experience in training, development, and instructional design. Her experience includes in-depth knowledge regarding curriculum and competency development in the areas of interpersonal communication, organizational and workforce development/achievement, organizational strategic planning and implementation as well as team performance management and enhancement.

She is credited as one of the two instructional/program designers who provided the solid foundation for the Georgia Department of Juvenile Justice, Management Development Program (MDP), implemented in 2004.
Designed with a focus on the competencies of executive leadership, precision communication skills as well as team and organizational development, this program has produced successful graduating classes of executive leaders for its agency. To date, instructional curriculums originally designed by Ivana are currently in use for this state agency's program.

She creates, delivers, and implements topics ranging from curriculum and skill development in the areas of strengthening communication within teams, management and team-building skills, organization and workforce enhancement, mission-focused strategic planning, facilitating focus groups, and the training of trainers; to diversity and culture competency training, as well as Principle-Focused Alignment within agencies and organizations. As a result of her training and consulting style as well as her motivational, inspirational and speaking talents, Ivana has received excellent reviews in all presentations and collaborations.

 Recently, she serves as a Human Resource Consultant within the renowned Georgia Leadership Institute and Enterprise Learning Division, one of the many initiatives sponsored by Governor Purdue's Commission for a New Georgia (CNG). She provided corporate training, facilitation, and coaching to executive leadership members and teams for such Georgia State Agencies as Department of Audits and Accounts (DOA), Department of Internal Revenue (DIR), Department of Community Affairs (DCA), and Department of Transportation (DOT), just to name a few.
