William Frank Diedrich is a speaker, executive coach, group facilitator, and the author of three books. Bill lives in East Lansing, Michigan with his wife and youngest daughter. He has three children ages 34, 32, and 7.

Bill frequently speaks at new thought churches and offers workshops on Moving Beyond Blaming, Allowing Propserity, and Spiritual Intelligence. He teaches spiritually intelligent leadership through his speaking, consulting, and coaching at banks, schools, manufacturing companies, government agencies, and associations. He assists people in rising above conflict and confusion and other ego driven difficulties to rising up to personal responsibility, compassion for others, and clarity. Specifically Bill coaches CEO's, other executives, and leadership teams to help them become more effective.
