I was born and brought up in Kingston upon Hull, close to East Yorkshire. I've had a series of interesting jobs and moved around the country a fair few times until I finally settled where I am now in Beverley, East Yorkshire. I have been into self-help books and courses since 1983 when I first read a copy of Shakti Gawain's book 'Creative Visualization'. I came across Louise Hay's 'You Can Heal Your Life' back in 1999 and within a few weeks, was attending my first workshop. I went on to do the Louise Hay teacher training in Ireland. Then, a year later, found myself in San Diego, California on the advanced Louise Hay teacher training course. I have read many different books and attended many courses in my thirst for knowledge. Now I have put all those years of reading and study to good use, by producing my own workshops based on many different teachings and wisdoms, to help others experience the satisfaction of finding answers to their own questions for themselves. I now run Workshops and Meditation Groups and practice Personal Coaching both designed to help others to experience the pleasure of personal development.I have also received Usui/Tibetan Reiki attunements to the level of Master, and absolutely love giving Reiki treatments and attunements. |
