I think the 5-minute idea is taking things just a bit too far, so I don't really get motivation from it.

However, if it was about real issues for the average self-employed person here, this is what I'd like to see:
5 minutes to do your daily accounts
5 minutes to tidy up the clinic in-between clients
5 minutes to prepare a speech on your business
Stuff like that, I can really use :-)

yes i do agree with the fact that five minutes are not sufficient to change the life.
We need to analyse the whole factor to change the life.
There are many counselling sessions nowadays are condcted for this purpose.
As we know self help is the best help.
