Hay fever responds to herbal remedy

Kids' bad dietary habits
"Abandoning the Mediterranean diet has led to overweight children.  Two thirds of Greek 12-year-olds interviewed and tested by a team of dietitians were found to have higher than normal levels of fats in their blood, according to results of a study released this week. The study, carried out by the Harokopeio University's dietary laboratory and the Panhellenic Association of Dietitians and sponsored by the cereal-maker Kelloggs, also found that 29 percent of the children, particularly boys, were overweight and 8 percent obese."

Cold Chicken Salad - Serves 2

1/2  pound grilled chicken breast
1 cup chopped black olives
1 cup chopped green grapes
2 chopped hardboiled eggs
1/2 cup shredded low-fat Monterey Jack cheese
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup cherry tomatoes
1/4 cup slivered almonds
4 cups mixed salad greens
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
2 Tbs. Low-fat/Non-fat Mayonnaise

Grill chicken breast and slice into small strips.  Refrigerate.  In a large bowl, mix all other ingredients well.  Add chilled chicken and serve cold.
