A very timely video as I fight the middle age flab. Seven minutes - simple, practical and hopefully one that bears results for me. Only time will tell if I can keep at it on a regular basis.
Very nice. I do all of them, except the ones after boat pose. Doing this workout makes you feel very good. Especially, if you work from home, starting your day with this type of workout, can lead you to hours of focused attention.
Good short, quick, do-able exercise combination which is beneficial for flexibility, some strengthening effects and decreasing stress! However, this alone is not effective enough for optimal cardiovascular and muscle strengthening benefits, but for many people who do not exercise regularly, this would be a good starting goal.
This is an excellent routine to do during short intervals from work or before breakfast. Even in the evening if you haven't gone to the gym. Sometimes this is all it takes to keep fit. I loved it; everyone should do it - no excuses!
Looks simple. I questioned getting fit with Yoga but I have met people who use Yoga and were very fit! They had more strength and balance. Balance is an area I want to focus on and this would work well!
