Very, very good and very informative! As a matter of fact the example that she gave about letting someone get ahead of you in line is actually something that I do! It's nice knowing that the "cure" for frustration is patience!
Your advice for overcoming frustrations is so wonderful!
Patience, the key to winning the battle over frustrations,is my constant struggle, but this advice,I believe, is going to help me more than any other I have received over the years because it puts me in control of the situation:When I search for a frustrating situation requiring my patience,I completely decide HOW I am going to handle it.
Thanks again-

Great advice! How true that we have the power to change our world by altering our behaviour. I like the idea that frustration isn't the key to any door while patience and love will definitely open doors and change dynamics. Thanks Dr. Orloff!
I like the way you phrase the process of standing in line as an opportunity for patience. That reframing or changing of the context is a key component to shifting the energy of any situation. Brilliant!
Awesome advice. I do admit I get impatient when standing in line; next time I will treat this as an opportunity to improve my patience and even make others happy. Thanks, Dr. Judith. - Michael Lee, http://www.expertpersuader.com
