Winter is almost over and it is time to prepare yourself for the first rays of sun! It's time to come out of hibernation, pack away your heavy clothes and say goodbye to gloomy days.

Recharge your mood and start this new season with renewed vigor. Energy, happiness and a positive outlook are the main goals for the next month.

But where do you begin?

You need to first release any negative energy and fatigue holding you back and then recharge your "batteries" and enjoy wellness as you've never experienced it before!

Step 1
Over the next ten days release any negative energy, emotions and fatigue that may be holding you back.
- Eat more fresh vegetables and fruits
- Drink more water
- Walk and exercise more. Take in some fresh air. Go biking and to the park.
- Enjoy a refreshing aromatherapy bath with this easy recipe:

6 drops juniper essential oil
5 drops geranium essential oil
5 drops lemon essential oil
Vegetable oil

Pour the essential oils into a half-ounce bottle and then add vegetable oil to fill bottle. Add 10 drops to your bathwater.

This aromatic blend helps rid your body of toxins and drains your lymph system. You'll feel not only refreshed, but also lighter--emotionally and physically.

TIP: Incorporate this aromatic recipe into your unscented body lotion or shower gel and use it every morning for ten days.

Step Two
For the 15 days that follow, recharge yourself with positive energy, get back on your feet and ready to enjoy the sunny days to come!

- Drink more water and fresh pressed juices or smoothies with orange, carrot, apple, mango and berries
- Walk at least 30 minutes a day in fresh air
- Take 15 minutes every morning or night to do the following exercise:
Sit comfortably and close your eyes. Take deep and regular breaths while visualizing you are breathing in and out a beautiful gold color. Your body is then filled with this color.
- Soak in a wonderful aromatherapy bath with crystal salts.
- Replenish your energy this rejuvenating recipe:

8 drops rosemary essential oil
5 drops orange essential oil
4 drops lavender essential oil
4 TBSP unrefined sea salt (gray salt)

Pour the essential oils into a half-ounce bottle and then add vegetable oil to fill bottle. Add 10 drops into your bathwater, along with 4 TBSP unrefined sea salt.

Rich in wonderful minerals and energizing essences, this healing bath will help you get back on your feet. It is fine to do this at night.

TIP: Keep this aromatherapy blend with you during the day and inhale or diffuse it when you feel you need an energy boost.

In good health,
